I disagree. I just did a bunch of color sampling of various Yukari images and here's what I have. Cirno's is way too faded and light I feel.
Anyways, I think this Purple is the best for Yukari.

The reason why my dress looks slightly faded is because of the reason that you can only have 3 pieces of colors on the clothing itself. These 3 pieces has been colored Red, Purple and Purple. To make the pink region a little obvious, we have to color the purple part faded to bring out that missing link.

Nah, I think it's fine. I personally feel the purple I chose fits Yukari the best but I suppose we aren't going to come to an agreement on who has the "best" Yukari cosplay.
The only thing I feel I should do is make her hat a bit more pink.
