  Well for the Weapons Supply box, yes.
  
  But from what I've seen, the Fashion one seems to have a better chance of getting good items. But it costs twice as much, so chances are the overall money spent is the same.
  
  The items in the fashion ones are already down to ~50m, so it isn't too hard to just buy one in game.
