I tested them last week and some of them are not doing so well...
Me: Is today thursday or friday?
Student: My name is david. I like Swim and Badminton. My favorite food is milk tea and hamburger. I come from Chengdu in Sichuan Province of China. Thank you that is all.
Me: Ok... What day is it?
Student: Yes.
Me: Ok go sit back down...

But aren't you just in puberty yourself? How do you get to teach several middle schoolers?

Yeah, I am. But that doesn't change the fact that I can speak english and chinese fluently XD. (Although the children laugh whenever they hear something wrong iwth my chinese since I'm asian and English is my first language...)

How many students do you have to teach? Is it just one class, or multiple classes?

Mmm, today was actually the last day of class. The class had around 30 kids at first but i transferred some of them to the upper level because they seemed bored with the material and they already knew it pretty well. So, in the end I had around 20 ish kids give or take. The attendance system was not very strict, attendance had to be checked once every week and that was about it hehe.

It's generally unusual to teach a class of persons when you're in school yourself.
