Not sure if this goes here (SKyrim for Low-End Laptop)

Yeah, it's an old PC and the CPU is slightly below min specs. But it runs, albeit slowly (5-20 FPS)

you can get better performance with mods that decreases the resolution of certain effects like falling leaves and snow (they eat up frame rate for most computers) without impacting the overall visuals of the game.

The cat is not sure which ones are effective since the cat never used them.
you can also use the Creation Kit to turn off falling leaves and snow
