I've never been ever 12 mil gold ever. And most of the time I'm under 2 mil. Does anyone else can't resist buying useless junk like premium card clothes, gachapons, flashies, etc?
I think this is the reason I can't ever afford to make avenger armors or wn peaceful :T_T:

I think most people have this problem. Tell yourself you're content with what you have, and just STOP buying.

I know how you feel, son. :<
If you only concern yourself with the things you need to actually play the game then you shouldn't have any problems.
repairs, pots, armor.
Don't browse player shops + housing ad board.
and reward yourself once in a while for saving. :3
but keep it under 1 mil or so.

I remember I saved a lot of gold to buy a coy quilt wear. So knowing that I wanted to buy something that was expensive helped me from preventing to buy junk.

...I have under 2 million and I never buy junk... ;-;
I feel like a poor nub now.
Well, I suppose you need to convince yourself that what you have now is great and you don't need any more.

The alternative is hunting for things yourself. I was able to get a Burgundy Bear ES just from killing Burgundy Bears, and after doing several Ciar Boss Trials, I was able to get the Peaceful enchant collection book. I'm always under 1 million, since I always buy other things, like wood boards.

I dare say that the possibility of an untimely misrepresentation of my quote has been perpetrated. Although the hypothesis of an accidental occurrence has not as of yet been thoroughly ruled out of the pool of possibilities regarding this, I must point out the clear fact that my quotation has been altered such as to dramatically change the thesis of said quotation. May I ascertain whether the change be benign or malignant?

I would agree with this observation.
I'd guess it'd be a rather benign change of quotation though.

How about stop looking in the housing board and shops and just keep saving up until you have enough for your goal?
Window shopping with money on hand is very dangerous.

How about buying robes and dropping them in front of Duncan in Tir Chonaill to watch the newbies pick them up and put them on and run away? That'll make you stop buying [robes] for a long, long time.

I really can't resist it either.
When it's something you want something for like a moment and buy it, you really regret it later on :/.
I had to get a friend to manage my money xD.
