  Does any1 know if Vella can wear these Euqips?
  Blackhammer / Wonderland / Raider's / Midnight Set
  And does any1 exactly know if Vella has the same Weapon as Lann?
  Cuz they're looking VERY similiar each other, like here:

  Devcat has said that while Vella will also use twin swords, her swords will be exclusively hers, and won't be shared with Lann (and vice versa). Although that being said (Vella gameplay will be completely different from Lann heuheuheuheuheu), a few of her swords will probably resemble Lann's the same way that some of Fio's does as well (Blood Prince, Dreamwalker).
  It's highly probably that BH/Raiders/Wonderland will be wearable. Midnight will probably be as well, but less sure.
  None of this is anywhere close to finalised; as far as I'm aware they're not close to finished developing her. No need to lose sleep over her at this point in time as things are liable to change at any moment.
