I just reinstalled mabi after quitting about 2 years ago. Since then I've gotten a new computer, but in game, the shadows of windows and some trees keep flickering. I'm not sure what causes this, since this also happens on my laptop.
My specs: Intel i5 2500k processor, 8 GB ram, GeForce GTX 460 SE

It used to happen on my laptop along with a message saying my graphics card wasn't good enough. I'm not sure why it would be happening with those specs though.

Would you happen to be using an integrated graphics processor?

I have the same problem. Not a big deal, doesn't lag. Just a bit annoying sometimes.

I have turned off shadows and turned down graphics quality so I don't see these issues any more. I did so to help game performance before I got upgraded internet speed.

I want to say this is an issue with the engine itself. It's using a fairly old engine, and newer operating systems seem to bump into shading issues.
Personally, I get shadow flickers and weird effects in shaded areas. None are present on my older Windows XP computer, but they're there on my Windows 7 laptop.

he said Gtx 460.
Anyways, are your drivers up to date and did you manually change the settings for mabinogi graphic filtering (changing how the graphics card processes the game) in the nvidia control panel?
