  All of the very popular manga are weekly. I'm sure it's also a gigantic pay increase for the mangaka as well, and they likely hire assistants. When your manga gets to that scale you're unlikely to be working on it alone anymore.

  So on the subject of 23. I hate the Military Police. I don't sincerely hate the people in the MPs, just the corrupt,asshat culture that surrounds the division. With that said, I'm okay with Nile Dawk, Annie, and Marlo. Who I'm NOT okay with? The douchebags that beat Marlo, and the the commanding officer that went off to gamble with his friends. Marlo seems to me like he's the only one who wants to get shit done (I applaud thou for thine efforts), while there's Annie who's off trying to solve her own problems, and Hitch who reminds me of one of those characters from a shoujo anime with a typical 'oneesan laugh' to boot (too bad she doesn't have one, it would probably fit).
  
  Also, nobody has mentioned the parkour guy. Wait, what do you mean you don't know who I'm talking about? This guy:

  Also yes, Annie's laugh was creepy as all hell and the look on her face. When I first saw it, I'm like. You've totally snapped Annie, look what you did Armin, Eren, and Mikasa, you caused her to snap and go insane.
