So I've seen both High School DxD and Campione! (Campione isn't finished though.) And I'm falling in love with the concept of Gods, Goddesses, Devils and such. (Well I always love them) There's so many ways to depict the gods too in the anime. I also love demons and monsters, werewolves or others.
I also enjoyed watching Rosario + Vampire and Zero No Tsukaima, fantasy and supernatural. Not too dark and a hopeful feel to the main character please! I love Harem, Supernatural, Comedy, and Fantasy. So if you find anime similar to those, please let me know!
I'm not that great at finding anime. I merely watch out of suggestions and such. So try to give me a list with a description please?
Well lets see.. I also love cliche where the hero in the beginning is weak and becomes stronger, or already strong but becomes stronger. I dislike.. slow anime if you catch my drift. I love ecchi, like so much. Hahah, but not to the point where it consists so much of it that the story just dies..
Well yeah thats all I can say. I hope you guys can help me out. :x I watch while I draw art too. I'm thinking of doing a group artwork of people's mabinogi characters as the Greek Gods.
I prefer anime mostly since I cant exactly read and draw but you can mention manga still regardless.

Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica. Girls sign contract with a being named Kyuubey, have to kill witches to have their wish granted. 5 star, highly recommend.
Code Geass. World is dominated by 1 nation. Other nations that have been conquered get their country name removed. (For example Japan is like sector 11 or section 11 or something like that). A kid gains special powers to make anyone do whatever he wants them to do (but only once) and starts a rebellion under the name and identity of "Zero". (It has mechas in it so yeah, i dont really like mechas but it's actually pretty good).
Darker Than Black. 2 Gates open up in the world. Heaven's Gate in South America, and Hell's gate in Japan. This spawns contractors. Normal human beings who gain super natural powers at the cost of their emotions.
Some of my favorites I thought you would like.

Saw Highschool DxD and Champoine!, the first title to come to mind was Hagure Yuusha. It's heavy on ecchi. The main character is so bad ass, that he can take a girls undergarments without breaking a sweat. He's so badass, the trailer for the anime was him beating up the cast of the Queen's Blade Rebellion anime. He's so bad ass, he's attracting lolis and lesbians. He's badass. :)
Bakemonogatari would probably work too.
I'm not very good at recommending unless you have a MyAnimeList or a list so I can see what you've already seen or not. Then it'd be easier for me as I tend to rec stuff people have already seen.

Fate Stay Night. A story of a battle between magus where 7 Masters and their Servants fight for the Holy Grail, the omnipotent container which can grant all of your wishes. The Servants are supernatural beings, Heroes from the past, summoned by the power of the Holy Grail. There are 7 classes; Saber, Archer, Lancer, Caster, Rider, Assassin, and Berserker.
Fate/Zero. Sequel to Fate Stay night, happens 10 years before it. 4th Holy Grail War.
Tsukihime (Lunar Princess). Similar to Fate series, I would recommend it only if you liked Fate stay night.
Kara no Kyoukai (The Garden of Sinners). Story of a girl named Ryougi Shiki, who possesses the Mystic Eyes of Death Perception, which allows her to see death in objects. I wouldn't recommend this for the weak because it has a lot of blood splatters.. A lot a lot a lot.
None of these anime have ecchi scenes, but I think the story makes up for it!
Type-moon forever!

Sora no Otoshimono (aka Heaven's Lost Property).
It's genres match your favorites almost perfectly.
Description: [spoiler]
Tomoki Sakurai is a teenage guy whose motto is "Peace and quiet is the best", but he finds it difficult when he has to put up with Sohara Mitsuki, his next door neighbor with a killer karate chop; Eishiro Sugata, an eccentric pseudo-scientist bent on discovering the "New World"; and Mikako Satsukitane, a sadistic Student Council President. One day, while he was witnessing a strange anomaly in the sky, an UMA (Unidentified Mysterious Animal) crash-lands nearby. Tomoki discovers what fell from the sky is a winged female humanoid named Ikaros, who soon declares herself to be Tomoki's servant. From then on, more creatures known as "Angeloids" arrive, and with this, he finds himself losing his peace and quiet, but at the same time finds pleasant things the Angeloids bring him.

Also seconding Bakemonogatari.

I'm just gonna throw two your way. Tsuritama is a unique one that might grab you or might not. (I love it though)
Tsuritama - 4 guys fish to save the world from an alien. (Fishing Sci-Fi Drama Comedy) (12 ep)
.hack//QUANTUM - Fun online gaming experience between 3 friends takes a very dark turn. (Fantasy Virtual World) (3 ep OVA)
And throwing two films your way just in case:
Summer Wars - Virtual world is under attack by an AI and the only people who can stop it are a dysfunctional family working together (Fantasy Virtual World/Family Drama/Life)
.hack//BEYOND THE WORLD (.hack//Sekai No Mukou Ni) - Freshly subtitled a few days ago, tells the story of players of an online game who have to fight to save those they care for and the internet itself. (Fantasy Virtual world/Drama/Adventure) (3DCG)

Some of my favourites:
Trinity Blood: A cold war between humans and vampires (My avatar is a picture of the main char.... well one of his forms)
Fate/Stay Night (Ceui already mentioned it though)
Hellsing: A vampire that hunts vampires. Extremely bloody though.
Elfen Lied: I've only seen some of it, but I think you might like it. "Elfen Lied revolves around the interactions, views, emotions, and differences between human beings and the Diclonii, a mutant species similar to humans in build but distinguishable by two horns on their heads and "vectors", transparent telekinetically controlled arms that have the power to manipulate and cut objects within their reach."
Mayo chiki: Cross-dressing/maids/butlers Lots of cute girls though.

I watch almost everything, but I'm very picky for what I'll actually recommend. With that being said... Seikimatsu Occult Gakuin, Mawaru Penguindrum, Denpa Onna to Seishun Otoko, and Katanagatari are a few that I would consider musts.

Oh, I just remembered, Isekai no Seikishi Monogatari (Story of a Holy Knight from another world?? Not really sure if I got this translation correct) was fun to watch. It has ecchi, mecha (well, sort of) and HUGE HAREM!
