Well, hasn't the entire war been rather pointless to begin with anyways? Doesn't matter if they're both dead. I suppose they'll always be someone wanting someone dead. So at least the sniper will always have a job :D

The brothers were the reason they started fighting.

The Administrator supposedly has her own plans, and is the one perpetuating the fight without revealing what goes on in the background (See: WAR! comic).
