Foreign So to compare a bit
while sword lann plays almost a dare devil type of gamplay able to use any openings and/or create openings and just dodging by using frames or just barely landing outside
Vella feels more like a flanker attacker almost, instead of being head on she attacks from the side, back, front from any safe spot during an attack along with wider ranges then lann and limited use counter so to speak to counter some moves

Yeah, pretty much.
Like, you
can stay in a boss' face if they're the slower type by just spamming Counter Stance counters since it moves you behind but the damage on that is really only good if you get two or three stacks of Vella's buff.
I honestly really hate using Vella's Slip Dash to stick to a boss since it moves so far and I like having that dodge as more of a last resort.

What IS Season 2, anyway? I've been seeing forests, now I see this rainy place here. Is it some sort of Pirates of the Carribean-styled season?
Season two takes place on an island. So it's beachy forest and a dark ocean themed type dungeons.
I'm hoping to max her in the test server but it's been off for awhile now. :/

Managed to solo Blood Lord at level 45.
I played it mostly safe though really, so nothing too exciting here.
