Wow, I know I'm not going anywhere near a game when even the cinematic trailer can't make it look entertaining.

This game is for peopel who have been playing Counter Strike for over 10 years.
Its nothing mor ethan a graphical update to the original game.
Imo its pretty lame and Bad. But for the low price it can be a good shooter. If youre good at it.

There's a lot of changes to Counter-Strike than "just a graphical update".
A few new weapons are added in, and some old weapons were replaced with weapons that are more appropriate to today. Also, weapon and money rebalancing is a major part of Global Offensive, in an effort to continue competitive play in Counter-Strike.
There are two versions to play: Casual and Competitive. Competitive is Counter-Strike as it is, Casual makes things easier by giving everybody armor and every Counter-Terrorist a defusal kit.
Because of the focus on competitive gameplay, there is now a matchmaking service, alongside the default dedicated server options.
Remember the Gun Game mod for CS? It's now an official game mode called Arsenal.
Among other things. This isn't like Condition Zero is to CS1.6; it's a lot more than that.

Though not enough to change the fact that new players will still be raped by veterans. :V
Also, I'm guilty of this:

Casual nooblords detected for not having played a lot of the original CS and CSS. I would give a nice clap to valve at how they've broken every single mod just to give the game a face lift.
I know I'm not gonna worry about it though since there's bound to be a WARCRAFT3: SOURCE mod server up sometime soon on CS:GO.
