One thing I would watch out for (though this is probably specific to the first one) is different levels of saturation with the colors. It's good to have variation, but I think the hair and eyes might be a bit too bright compared to the clothes and skin. You can either tone the hair and eyes down, or use some of the colors for shading everywhere else, with a low opacity brush.

I think my favorite is the demon lady, because the painting is nice and the colors work very well together.
