Interesting minecraft seed I found

This is an archive of the mabination.com forums which were active from 2010 to 2018. If you are using Minecraft versions 1.2.5 ~ 1.3 you can use this seed to gain a map starting in the center of a huge ocean biome on an island with 2 tree's a single cave and abundant in clay, the nearest continent is extremly far away with scattered islands around the area. A great hardmode map to start on with few resources and little space to hide from mobs at night.

If you use this seed on versions 1.3.1 or 1.3.2, you'll be able to start on a rectangular island with missing chunks galore, and endless oceans. The same island above in the first pic still exists, but is located at 889x,63y,654z

Oddly enough the second glitchy rectangle island may have been a glitch when creating the map, because I can't seem to make it re-appear when I make a new map.

Even though I'm necro'ing my own thread from 2+ years ago, I just wanted to say this awesome seed just got a bit more interesting for those who like the island'ish seeds of minecraft.

The same seed in the original post, but on 1.7.5, gives a tiny island in the middle of a large ocean, perfect for those who enjoy the difficulty. .

That is a gorgeous seed. I am totally trying this.

There's an abandoned mineshaft nearby the island under the water. (large biomes) It's visible from the air near a tiny island to the north.
