This game is totally worth it. If you actually like to perfect song it'll take you FOREVER. There's 3 level of difficulty per songs in free play and getting SSS on ultimate is way more challenging than it sounds. The chaos shrine generate "Random" note pattern with the song so it's basically infinite replayability.
I played for 12 hours already and I havent unlocked any new characters. Probably one of my favorite game on 3ds at the moment if not my favorite.

Each song is $0.99. I don't know how many dlc songs there are. Is it worth to buy them all? I don't think so. I'll probably be buying a few but no way I'd buy them all.
