Type 0 is... done already...
Versus was recently 're-announced' IIRC. Since the release of the first teaser of Versus, they haven't actually been doing anything and just screwing with the fans but they've recently started to actually work on it the past year... or something along those lines.
Recently being a year ago. /check wiki page for more info.

and some of you people should read the story/videos, you'd know this is a sequel to XIII-2 with ONLY Lightning...seems like some people are giving off the impression that they didn't even bother figuring out what it is.
