Anipan is one of the newer art communities, and it looks like a lot of artists I like have already joined. The interface is very simple to use while still looking nice. It's still in the beta stages but I recommend giving it a try. I'm giving it a shot myself.

Right now I haven't seen a way to make it so that it's yourusername.anipan.com or anipan.com/yourusername but I could just be blind, or it could be something they plan to have in the future. Right now, it uses your ID number as part of the url.

Yeah. I ended up finding out about the website when I saw a reblog of their kickstarter post. It seemed interestiing. So far, I like it.

I wasn't expecting that, and I agree, it's pretty nice to be able to zoom in on details.
