  Even if you could prove it was self defense, you're gonna have a hell of a time convincing a jury that you had to resort to lethal force against a 15 year-old girl. I'm fairly certain you're in a lose-lose situation no matter what you do.

  My dad punched a girl in the face when he was in high school cause she kept hitting em in the balls for no reason. He repeatedly told her to stop and she didn't so he finally knocked the bish out. ^^

  I'm pretty sure there will be a lot of time for me to gather witnesses and people who will speak up in my favor against a crazy girl like that.
  
  They'll see that I've never committed any offense ever. Never gotten a ticket of any sort.
  
  A crazy girl like that would have to have had a bad past or some sort of psychological disorder/problem/trauma in order for her to be so violently aggressive against me like that. That would work against her in court.
  
  I'm pretty sure I'd be fine.

  Although in certain countries, the state of mind of the criminal is given a certain degree of proof in those countries' court, I'll just say this case is in Canada because I live there =o.
  
  Really mental illness in court is a very touchy subject, some people think regardless of mental illness, a person should receive the full amount of time for their crime, while others think they should be sentenced to a lesser punishment since although they did the crime, their thinking was impaired.
  
  
  Compare a young teenager and a mentally insane criminal, if both people commits murder (yes this has happened before), would you charge each of them with the same crime, let's just say the age and whatnot is not a factor but only state of mind for argument's sake.
  
  The young teenager would have lack of knowledge but if this person had the intent of murder, than a full on charge would be laid out. The mental criminal would be scrutinized until proven to have a guilty conscious because that's what's presumed to make a criminal a criminal.
  
  Of course this is assuming a criminal needs an intent of doing harm, which is opinionated from different areas of the world.

  A double standard is not always wrong. For example, it is wrong to kill a human but it isn't wrong to kill a mosquito. Different situations will almost always require different courses of action.
