I did this battle on normal to see my trans asap, otherwise I always run on Hard for every mission.

You can do what I did and invest a single point into it at path lvl 10. You'll lack the 2nd trans active skill (until path lv 26 at least), but the additional base stat boost from 2nd trans makes the early point well worth it, imo.
