Those all seem like basic processes to me, why would you end task on any of them?
If you're having RAM issues, get a better computer or go to bestbuy or something and buy a RAM chip, they're not that expensive.

The motherboard might not allow more RAM. Should check this (don't know how).

Turn off yahoo and maybe you'd have more CPU to use for other stuff.

CPU Usage: 13%.
But disabling it from running at startup would decrease startup time, which may actually reduce the "endless loading" so to speak. It won't be significant but it'll make a difference.

Press windows key+R. Windows key is between the left alt and control buttons.
Type msconfig and hit enter.
Go to the startup tab and untick Yahoo Messenger. Click apply.
Done. Only reason you have to restart now is if you want to see it in action or something.

I dunno lol.
Google the processes and see what they do, and if you need them or not. Everyone has different stuff on their computer and I don't know every process just by looking at it.
