  As for OP, nope. Alternative Saga wasn't localized, probably way too niche even for xseed and barely anyone knows the kiseki cast.
  There is a wiki with the translated accesories though.
  
  The game is pretty fun, it was FALCOM's smash bros, many of their franchises were there. I do have one complain though, there wasn't enough Ys representatives, it was mostly Seven's cast(Lazy Falcom reusing charmodels). I would have loved seeing Yunica, Thor, Ernst... Geis was fine and who deson't love chester?
