Cannot buy NX with paypal

  Wondering if someone here might point me in the right direction.
  
  I want to rebirth my character and so I'm trying to buy NX, which I always buy with paypal. However, I get this error message every time (I've also tried other browsers in vain):

  This transaction has been determined as high risk causing the verification process to fail. Please ensure that your paypal billing information is correct and no methods are being used to misrepresent your billing location. (Code:60001)
  
  I am currently in a hotel, and I will not be returning back to my permanent address for some time because I am going to college. What can I do to fix this error?
  
  I'm currently away from home in a hotel because I am going to college, and so I won't be near my actual billing address anytime soon. Anyone have any suggestions?

  I and many have this problem too. You can buy Ultimate Game Cards online and use those in PayByCash instead. It's a slower alternative (by like 5 minutes) but it works.

  Also, it actually costs less than $10 if you buy the $11 one because you can apply your bonus points you get when you buy something.

  I'm getting it as well. Usually my paypal goes right through without question.
  
  Most likely either Nexon or Paypal is experiencing an abnormally high volume of transactions right now, and is kicking back error messages because of suspected illegal activity. It should clear up in a few hours
  
  Though it is very frustrating, I was going to RB and grind in double rainbow.

  Unfortunately, the ultimate gaming cards won't work, either. The payment gets rejected whenever I try to do express check out with paypal, which leads me to believe my problem was on paypal's level rather than nexon's.
  
  Looks like I'll have to search elsewhere.

  edit: After speaking with paypal I have concluded my issue is definitely on paypal's end. Their security system is not allowing me to send money for purchases and I am working with them to get it resolved. Sorry to anyone else having this issue.

  im having same issue too i posted on mabi forums but never got a response in a way im glad its not me you know cuz user error XD
