Mabination... iMagination? [Event]

This is an archive of the mabination.com forums which were active from 2010 to 2018. Are you a good storywriter?

If so, then you might be a little interested in this event!

[SIZE="5"]Your goal is to create the most amazing of stories with nothing but a picture and a musical piece.[/SIZE]

Think you can do it?
Before you scroll all the way down to check out the picture and music, however,
read through the rules and guidelines!
This event will last until August 2nd (Monday).
We will pick the winner(s), and she/he will be able to obtain 2,000 MabiNation gold after PMing Osayidan.

RULES:
- Only one entry per person.
- Include: The story behind the picture, and the story itself: With only the picture and music, what kind of fantasy-based novel could one make out of it?
- Make a short sypnosis, not a whole essay!
- It must be Mabinogi-related. This doesn't mean you have to follow the initial Mabinogi storyline; you are free to make your own!
- No late entries are accepted, under any circumstances.
- Minimum of 10 sentences. There is no maximum, but it won't be too thrilling to get a whole textbook, either.

GUIDELINES:
- Try a fantasy-based story! Turning Mabinogi into a horror or sci-fi won't do you much good.
- Be as creative as possible! Pretend you are writing an actual story, and this is where you plan out the basic things.
- The only thing that limits you is your imagination. Dream far, dream big.
- 2-5 paragraphs is satisfactory.
- Take your time! Stories are valued by quality, not quantity. (And yes, I know you know.)
- Enjoy it!

Play the music simultaneously as you "examine" the picture and create a story out of it!

I knew you were going to do this! Actually, since you showed me some examples, I got the gist of the idea. The thing is, I have to scroll through 97 GB of my music to find the right one. But I might just make a placeholder in case I find it.

I was more just thinking on helping you gather ideas like I do in the riddles event.
