Technically Tera Online becomes f2p if you can get to level 60 and farm enough to buy their "Chrono Scrolls". Each scroll increases your subscription by a month.
Not sure if you want to give a try. The graphics are pretty amazing. The combat system is pretty amazing too.
The downside is that some quests pretty much requires you to have a party.
