When my computer first boots up and I load ms, I'm usually able to play it for 10 or so minutes before the game freezes and the client stops responding.
Subsequent loading freezes the game after my character is chosen.
I run windows 7 and I know I should be able to run the game because my older computer with XP, much lower RAM and a crappier graphics card can run MS.
What I've tried without success.
-Running game as admin
-Trying various compatibility modes
-Using different web browsers to connect to the game
-Using the gamelauncher.exe to directly run the game
-Lowered black cipher's process priority to low while raising the game client's process priority to high
-Changing core affinities
-Defragging my computer
-Refreshing my IP and DNS
-Closing all other programs
-Lowering graphics settings of MS
-Running setup.exe to change refresh rates
-Allowing MS to pass through the firewall
-Disabling my UAC
-Disabling antivirus
This is really getting annoying =.= Can anyone help?

Nope.
Update: I think I've fixed it. Last night I decided to install microsoft visual c++ 2005, 2008 and 2010 redistributable x64 (previously I had the x86 versions) and it seemed to do the trick.

Update: Nevermind it doesn't work again.
If it helps, occasionally during the brief moments I can play, the Ctrl, Alt, Shift, e and i buttons are often automatically used out of my control and at random intervals. When it happens, it may be just one button selected or many at once.

Is your maplestory folder in any other location than C:\nexon\? I know if you run maplestory from a data-storing usb device, it'll cause it to slow down and maybe crash.
Also, do you happen to have bandwidth problems? Your internet provider might be causing problems for you.
