Scheduled Maintenance - 09/13/2012

  Dear Players,
  We will be performing scheduled maintenance on all game servers on Thursday, September, 13, 2012. During this time all game servers will be unavailable. Maintenance will start at 6:00 A.M., and is scheduled to last approximately 6 hours.
  
  -Time-
  Thursday, September 13, 2012
  Pacific: 6:00 A.M. - 12:00 P.M.
  Eastern: 9:00 A.M. - 3:00 P.M.

  In summary, what the issue applies to:
  -This applies to the skills Music Composition, Playing Instrument, and Musical Knowledge only. For some skills, only certain ranks are affected.
  -The training is marked as complete, but the exp was not recieved.
  -This occurred during the bard update only. (If you were not affected at the outset of the update, you are probably experiencing a different issue.)

  Category: "Game Related"
  Sub-Category: "Skill and Crafting Issues".
  Please list each character affected, and their server. Also, for each affected character, please list exactly which skills are affected. (Musical Knowledge/Composing/Playing Instrument).

  We won't be getting Menma partner sadly. It was exculusive to JP server, but commerce partners is knock-off of Menma partners tho.
