  Problem solved again. Didn't download Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86).

  It says my msvcr100.dll and dinput8.dll is missing. but I went to my system32 folder and found both dll in the folder.
  I've tried installing DirectX version 9, but I failed to download it for some reason.
  I've also tried removing and re-installing Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x64).
  
  So how2fix?

  Try going to the folder where it's installed in and manually open it.
