Korra anime-style opening

One Piece OP's are long because there are no ED's. So it makes up for it. At least that's what I was told when I compared about how ridiculously long they are as well in a One Piece thread on a anime forum.

As for the Korra fan made OP... I say there could have been better scene usage. The 'opening' pretty much says nothing but "action and fighting".

Anyways, I'd honestly say Korra would fall under a 'shounen' if ever categorized, and openings tend to stick to to thier genre. Battle shounen anime (well more like action shounen, including sports) OP's are usually something along the lines of:
1. Show main/side/important characters
2. Show enemies
3. Some sort of battle scenes.
4. Foreshadowing, extras, etc.

[spoiler]But that opening has everything to do with the series? It's from Homura's P.O.V. If you mean the visuals then...the cat should be the originator of Madoka's wish in the very first timeline. [/spoiler]
