Instant cast

  Is there a way to know what spells have the instant attribute other than just using them all and finding out?
  
  It would be useful when making a build to know.

  Nobody's bothered to put down casting times in the wiki.

  Is there even casting time? I remember on my elemental I can castmeteors and move before it finish. But the spell isint canceled.

  There are three kinds of channeling types.
  
  Regular channeling lets you move while the channel is happening, however you cannot take other actions during the channel. Typically, abilities with affects that occur throughout the channel are of this type.
  
  Focused channeling requires you to halt even movement. Moving during the channel will cancel the skill and it will go on a short cool down. Abilities that have no affect during the channel and are activated all at once upon completion are typically this type.
  
  Instant casts require no channeling time, AND can be used during other actions. You can even cast more than one instant at the same time. Typically, these require some kind of set up, (Necro's minions, Mesmer's shatters) but there are a few elementalist spells that are instant. Having more instant casts offsets having a lot of long channels.
