whats it the best scroll to use on Elchulus bow?

is it leopard/bloodlust (for speed) or explosive/maelstrom (for higher atk)

Not necessarily true; it has some effect on shortbow speed, and has a noticeable effect on a perfect longbow shot. Personally I would have gone with Leopard's Maelstrom, but if you prefer that raw att then Explosive is the way to go.

It depends.

If you're [S]macro[/S] (should I say mouse software/keyboard software to make this post more appropriate?) glitchfiring then speed does matter. It also matters for regular firing honestly. I don't know where people got this "speed doesn't matter" stuff on Kai unless they're saying people can't click accurately enough for it to count, which may have some validity.

Critical still has a point, no matter what.
