It's pretty likely that it's an exclusive font that they made specifically for the anime. Somebody will get around making a custom font soon enough.

You would download the file, then install it into your fonts folder. C:/WINDOWS/Fonts.

You want to make it the system font? It seems that system font can only choose from the window default font.

I created that font myself, and decided that I will make it available for download...
Search MediaFire for SAO-GameFontOnline.ttf and you will find my font.
(I would post a link to it, but being a newbie here in the forums, I am restricted from doing so. Sorry.)
PS - I love Sword Art Online, BTW! That's when I decided to build the font! :3
