My friend Jaxson is looking to get a gaming laptop. His price range is ~$1300. Could someone help me with finding him a laptop?

I believe Asus, Sager and Clevo are popular brands when it comes to gaming systems. I'm sure you can find some nice stuff at that budget, but does he really want to spend the full $1300, or does he want something good enough for a certain game at a lower cost?

What games does he want to play, and at what settings? Also, what else about the laptop matters? Screen size? Resolution, Glossy/Matte display, Speaker sound quality, etc?

this one
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834230408
or this one. the difference is that this one has a weaker GPU and a smaller screen

the cat would take the top one as it's screen is"17" and the second one is only "15"
also the top one has 3GB of GPU memory as opposed to 2GB (although it's not really important as video games use about 1GB in GPU memory anyways)

He seems to want to use all of the $1,300 considering he wants to stream.

What the cat linked to are some of the top choices for $1300. Just know that they're bulky for their size.
