Well I'm trying to figure out what it says with google translate. Not making much progress but one part jumps out and confuses me "Season 1 and Season 2 of the world, such as the story, such as the time zone , it is happening in a different space." Wait what!?!

I think it means what we already know. S1 and S2 take place in different locations, and their timings overlap.

Doesn't seem like much info besides that concept art though. which is hardly anything for me to start saying things about.
