OK this concerns how I am going to build my character once this is confirmed out of test server. Does anyone know if we keep the stats from the skills that we cannot use.
For example: I have r1 windmill but will prob choose Wizard class. Do I loose all the strength I received from training wm? Or do I keep all my stats from the skills.
If you can keep your stats I think that would be the best benefit. I would then class hop till I had all the stats I wanted then go to my final class.
Thanks for bearing with another g13 thread. Its just that the possiblilties of this system making mabi great or horrible are too much not to ask.
Thanks.

Uh, everyone seems to be saying that if you have a
deactivated skill due to class you loose all stat benefits too.
Yes, it sucks. ;-;

Yeah, depending on what class you choose, all skills that get disabled (meaning you cannot use) also will lose all the stats bonus it gives.

I'm pretty sure your enchants will be unaffected. Like if you have Scrupulous enchant (which requires Arrow Revolver ranks), I think you'll still receive the benefits, because you're just losing the ability to use the skill (and thus its passive bonuses), but not the rank itself.
Speculation though.

Although many skills will become unusable, some skills like the basic bolt spells will be usable (but not rankable) by all players. I believe the stat bonuses from them are given.

Nexon Forums - Confirmed - No skill limitations between "classes"
devCat has made an announcement, claiming that they will be removing all class skill limitations. Choosing a class supposedly lets you train certain skills faster, and gain more stats when leveling while losing other stats.
