Finally got all of my RAM... 20 days after ordering it from NCIX.
Never ordering from that place again.
Anyways, here's what the finished product looks like.

I've got it set up the traditional way, servers and stuff facing the front, switch and router flipped the other way around so all the ports are at the back for easier cabling to the servers. I might consider getting longer cables and make everything facing the front so it "looks cool", but it's much easier to work like this in datacenter situations so I rather keep up the best practices.

1x 4U SAN at the bottom (storage)
at the top is a PDU (pretty much a rack mountable power bar), a 24 port switch, and the watchguard router. There's also my ISP modem and old WIFI router which is now just an access point.
