  Sure, if they're willing to bring them to court and they're in a place where that works. A lot of the time it's just not worth the time, money and effort and sometimes it's not even possible. If they're in a country that doesn't cooperate with the US, they can't do anything anyway.

  A lot of times these companies are overseas so its not like the game publishers can do anything about it.

  I really don't mind botters, they found a way to earn money by abusing a game, it's not really as destructive as people make it seem.
  I'll admit that I buy gold, not GW2 gold, mainly for nexon games, and I don't regret it.
