Anyone else having trouble with Premium Service?

Plus, I kinda pay attention to those kind of things so I don't think that's the problem. I know I bought the 30 days because I usually screenshot the final payment things. So I ended up sending that in my ticket to nexon and hoping it get's at least looked at.

Check transaction history just to be sure.
