It also has Enchant scrolls, I remember my reward for getting my Sword Lann to lv 70 box was a Rank A Scythe Enchant.
So I wouldn't be surprised if thats what we all get.

Seems it makes no mention of regular enchant runes, but it does mention scrolls. I misread it.
