Desktop won't power on

  · Remove all components form mainboard (CPU, memory, VGA, HDD/SSD, USB devices, etc..).
  · Reinstall the CPU with CPU cooler.
  · Test with known good 1 memory stick in A1 slot, try with another memory if it’s failed.
  · Connect with known good power supply’s 24+8 or 4 pins power.
  · Plug monitor to mainboard VGA output.
  · Connect the computer case’s power switch to mainboard or using onboard power button (if applied).
  · Turn the power on to check if it’s get the screen post.

  Yea, they want you to troubleshoot before the RMA. Just tell them it didn't work and you wanna RMA it.

  "external Exception eeface" is that an error it throws at you? O_o Sounds weird. Try updating the BIOS. If it still does that, then you likely got a damaged board back. The boards they send back are typically used ones, so yea. :/ RMA it again if they gave you a bad one. u_u
