and they gave instructions on doing a bunch of stuff
"Please turn the power off, clear the CMOS (see below image).
· Remove all components form mainboard (CPU, memory, VGA, HDD/SSD, USB devices, etc..).
· Reinstall the CPU with CPU cooler.
· Test with known good 1 memory stick in A1 slot, try with another memory if it’s failed.
· Connect with known good power supply’s 24+8 or 4 pins power.
· Plug monitor to mainboard VGA output.
· Connect the computer case’s power switch to mainboard or using onboard power button (if applied).
· Turn the power on to check if it’s get the screen post.
· If still having same issue, please remove the mainboard from inside computer to outside, place the mainboard on empty mainboard box (to avoid short or static cause damage the mainboard). Try with above steps again."
