Diablo 3, Battlefield 3 and Starcraft 2 are apparently on discount to 9.98 too, I only cared about Skyrim (other than D3 which had some REALLY bad reviews)

Sale is through this weekend, if in the likely case that everywhere is sold out, print out the proof, or get it loaded on your phone, go to best buy/walmart and try to see if they'll price match it for you.

I got mine at best buy earlier after a bit of talking.
