Mabinogi had one of these, so why not here?
-Uncap all skills to 6 unless they otherwise cannot be uncapped (Nimble Dash, Fishing for example).
-Show Critical gained from Critical Hit and Willpower.
-Increase the effects of Campfire (both of them), and make the healing regeneration actually useful.
-Remove the cooldown for Trans, but keep the once-per-battle limitation.
-Grace: Def and Grace: Perseverance adds slight Critical Resistance.
-Grace: Aura adds 25 SP per 3 sec gain per level.
-Grace/Revelation: Stamina and Grace/Revelation: Regeneration's effects are tripled and recover per sec.
-Decrease the cooldown of Fissure and Conviction to 30 seconds.
-Rebalance status ailments, especially Dullness.
-Slow and such should affect bosses.
-HP Potion Proficiency: Changed to be completely passive and HP spilled is reduced by 10% per rank starting from A.
-Weight Endurance: Increase max weight by 20 between ranks 9~6 (remain consistency).
-Lower the cooldown of 250 and 1000 SP skills to one minute.
-Increase the damage of all offensive SP skills by 4% per level (36% dmg at r6).
-All 1000 SP skills, except for Reverse Gravity and Tempest, causes flinching on every hit and knockdown on the final strike.
-Remove halting for Berserk and Slashing High.
-Allow movement during the recovery animation of Furious Seven.
-Lower Stamina cost for Double Crescent by half.
-Gust Sting, Rose Thorns, Honeybee Sting, and Stigma Hammer's charging time is reduced by 1/3rd at rank 9, and full loading chance is increased by 5% starting at rank 9.
