The reason I'm asking is because I thought the revamp happens after S2 arrives, but before Vella. And my level 50 insta-Lann is freakishly strong, exceeding my expectations.

Actually, it's not just Ignition.

The "September Patch" we got was a weird combination of the Ep8 Hero mode update (this was a few months back in KR), Ignition (which was about 2 weeks before S2), and certain aspects of S2 (Power Infusion and Jumping namely).
