  You're getting ahead of yourself and jumping to conclusions. We also don't know how Double Rainbow reacts to the 3x AP Event and if it stacks or not.

  That tactic works since I did it with the reforges and my girlfriend did get 2 50 ap pots and style suits.
  Though of course, if the channels are full like last time you can't do this. Lucky girlfriend managed to change channels right before when people at channels 4~7 logged thinking they weren't getting anything.
  
  Don't know why Nexon does another hot time event since the same thing is going to happen. (though I don't mind the ap)

  A LOT of whiners on the forums said that if they knew what the prize was, the would of logged in for it. Apparently 50 AP isn't enough incentive to log in. It also goes against how it was a "SURPRISE" and not a "HEY YOU'RE GETTING THIS K?"
  
  Some people just don't deserve good stuff.
  
  There were also people who actually couldn't log in for one reason or another. And doing the event over for them is ok. I just can't stand I mentioned above. BI

  To be fair, Nexon always announces what some of the prizes are ahead of time when they do the Maplestory Hot Time Events. Which usually entails some ridiculously high stat headgear specific to the newest class at the time >.>
  
  But that's a different game with different mechanics involved and different bunch of whiny children.

  Empress>"high stat headgear." It's only temporary; true pros will shine through their events. On the other hand, I heard Korean Maple got free empress gear...

  Also, during the last Hot Time event the channels (at least on Ruairi) were out of synch by 10 minutes, so you could, in fact, get the prize on channel 7 then switch to 1 and get it again. Unfortunately, it does not seem the channels will be unsynched enough to do it again this time.
