Burning the royal alchemist suit for enchants O.o

Even though scholar is r3, it's enabled for any clothes and no step is needed so people could mass blow up cheap things like popo's skirts.

from what i know, royal alchemist suit enchants are exclusive to royal alchemist, meaning that you might not be able to burn them, but you would not be able to enchant them on things.

taken from the wiki:

You cannot dye or upgrade the Royal Alchemist Uniform and comes pre-enchanted with enchants that may only go on a Royal Alchemist Uniform.
