It's time for Nintendo to sue and make PETA go bankrupt :3

Yeah, last year they made 32 million dollars. Their operating expenses went over 37 million dollars though.

Just a technicality, but... isn't copyright infringement subject to penal law, and thus the technically correct term charge instead of sue? Or am I simply too unacquainted with Anglophone law systems?
