So I finished updating to the Classic update (All of it finished), but when I went to start it, the "Game Start" button was grayed out and you cant click it.. ANSWERS!

I hear restarting the launcher should fix itself.
If you want the language.pack from the FTP, you can get it here. Copy it to \Mabinogi\package\.
