How to unbind and fuse items for trade? void reaper stuff

I'm new to trading with other players, I have a void reaper hood/pants, but don't know how to sell them, I read unbinding and fusing to items often, not sure what it's about, what do I need to do to make them tradeable? Thanks!

Both are cash shop items. Unbind potions and fusion runes. Void Reaper sets are untradable by default, but you can trick the game by fusing them to other armor, retaining the Void Reaper appearance while appearing to be that other, tradable item.
