OKAY
So this is where I'll post the logs as cleanly as possible. Clean meaning as easy to read, no way am I going to censor any bulls**t that goes on in our sessions.

So just a few points I gotta make before you get to the logs.

1. These are 3 hours sessions and this one here has like almost 50k characters in it and a post maxes out at 9,5k characters.

2. So for that reason I'll be making several posts for one session.

3. I'll be marking highlights and milestones at this post here so you can easily navigate to said place. (Oh my god I just realized that this is a buttload of work to do.)

So without further distractions, please, enjoy our sick, twisted and moronic attempts at playing D&D 4th Edition.

Kueh: If you're using the character builder, the only way I've been able to is to use a virtual printer

Kueh: A printer recieves a file and converts it into usable data which is then converted into a paper document. A virutual printer does the same thing, but the data gets converted to another file in the end.

Episkey: The town is still guarded by the kingdom's militia, due to the fact it's placed in a strategic location. However, short of small attacks done by neighboring monsters, it is relativly peaceful.
Episkey: You all came across this town in search of a place to stay. Luckily for you, your timing couldn't be anymore perfect.

Episkey: Yesterday (Since it's very early morning - around 2:00 am) was a night celebration of New Year's Eve. A grand party was made in order to celebrate this once-in-a-year occasion. After the festivities ceased, you all retired to various Inns inside the town.
Piero: (Get your naked ass off my robe)
Piero: (no jk)
Episkey: (Meaning, it's New years day. Today.)
Antria: (I hace bed sheets D
Episkey: While sleeping, you all couldn't help but dream of various disconnected events ... You suddenly are startled by a very loud alarm. The noise is the town's magical defense system - which is cenetred at the Town Hall. The alarm's purpose is to alert that all of the residents evacuate to the Town Hall. What could have ever triggered that alarm?
Episkey: You are startled and wake up.
* Antria panics and falls out of the bed screaming
Kosode: What...the hell.
* Kosode gets out of bed and stretches
Episkey: You all wake up to realize that the door to your room is already opened. You hear people rush down the stairs.
* Kosode lets out a yawn
* Kosode sluggishly walks towards the door and peeks out into the hall
Kosode: What's going on..?
* Antria crawls out of bed naked with sheets around him
Episkey: Kosode sees the hall as empty, but as he looks - a blast of fire suddenly breaks through the upstairs window,
Svia Pathfinder: oh joy
* Kosode falls back, startled.
* Kosode gets up and runs down the stairs
Episkey: A fire starts at the end of the hallway, the wood is quickly being consumed by the flames - only exacerbating the situation.
Antria: (wallhack ftw)
Kosode: (shh)
Kosode: (ISN'T THAT DOWNSTAIRS)
Episkey: (Wow Piero.)
Kosode: (oh shit nvm)
* Antria panics and runs towards Kueh and the stairs, still just in sheets
Episkey: The fire begins to spread
Kosode: I hate the smell of burning wood..
Episkey: (By the way, you don't all really know each other.)
* Kueh hastily flees the scene, not wanted to be anywhere near the highly flammable gnome
Antria: (I can't move)
Episkey: (Since you were all in seperate rooms.)

Kosode: (Probably because I had to carry you Antria)
Antria: (kay but I still ran to where he is)

Episkey: You all quickly flee the flames, and proceed downstairs.
Episkey: (Map changing, so give me a moment.)

Episkey: (Now then. Both "groups" are situated in different Inns. For the sake of continuity, we will focus on one group at a time.)
Antria: (Omg, can I like make it so that I didn't pay for the inn? I broke inn to the inn at night 'cause I didn't have clothes or money)

Kosode: (Can we go over to Tieve Lake afterwards)

Episkey: (The payment for the Inn was free, since the whole new Years festival. But you can always have broken in anyways.)

Kueh: Maptools fog of war works that you have to be in possession of a token to see through it, and you can only see what the tokens see. So if we're gonna see what they see, you either have to give us their tokens or let off the fog
Antria: (I can't see anything. I also didn't know about that so I broke inn anyways)
Episkey: Yeah. Kueh, I should be able to make a viewing token and have the same effect work.
Episkey: (Can you two see now?)
Kueh: You can do that, or you could grant us control of their tokens and just tell us not to move them
Kueh: I can see now
Episkey: I'll move you around via the token. So - just watch.
Kueh: But I still have to move the token around, even though I'm only watching

Part 2 Act 1 - The bastard & The Knife-eared

Episkey: Kosode and Svia make it down the stairs and arrive at the empty Inn ... You can see a myriad of footsteps leading out the door, due to all the civilians running to the Town Hall.
Episkey: (You may move now.)
Kosode: What's all the commotion about...?
Svia Pathfinder: I'm guessing the fire
Kosode: Well yea..but..
Kosode: anyways
Svia Pathfinder: Anything deadly out there?
Kosode: Not really, unless you consider grass deadly.
Antria: (THE GRASS IS LAVA)
Episkey: As you two exit the Inn - you are able to clearly see the cause of the commotion.
Episkey: Two Goblins run up to you, their swords brandished.
Kosode: Oh god..

Episkey: The town seems to be under attacked by Goblins! You have now been brought into battle.
