A rather interesting presentation that I think many of us could relate to. Was totally surprised about the commute point. But then again, now that I think about it, I can't help but agree. Do you find this to be true for you personally?

What actually makes people happy are endorphins. There're a lot of ways to get those.

My mind also wanders way more than 47%, on average. It's probably at least 75%. Then again I have some trouble focusing on many things.
