  I've used premium cards twice since the beauty shop opened, and both times I have changed my looks with the card.
  Unless it got changed recently (after the pumpkin bat stuff), then I think it should still work.

  It does work I tried it with my alt to get a better color and I changed the eyes and the color of the eyes which was a premium color.

  It definitely still lets you. If Nexon were to remove that feature, everyone would have heard about it and it'd probably be such a big ordeal that you wouldn't have to ask that question.

  My confusion on the matter was when they removed premium cards from the shop except for the special cards and only had basic cards which did not allow you to change your appearance. So I never considered that the premium cards would have that same option.
  
  I was working off of the assumption that it was removed entirely :/
  
  Plus I don't change my looks often either. I usually stick to one type of style for my hair, eyes, and face. Thus, I tended to overlook it entirely.

  Whenever premium cards is on sale... I took advantages of them because it save me less NX when changing my looks via rebirth anyway.
